Key Responsibilities
– Perform secretarial duties – Answer all incoming calls and assist with enquiries or redirect accordingly – Take and deliver messages accurately – Keep the reception area neat and tidy – Welcome visitors and contractors in a friendly and professional manner, determine the nature of their visit and assist them with finding their way around the office – Monitor and maintain visitor access and security awareness – Prepare and book meeting rooms for meetings and monitor their usage
Minimum Requirements
– Matric/Grade 12 – 4 years’ Switchboard, Reception and Secretarial/Administrative experience – MS Office and basic SAP/R3 experience
