The new cast of Generations was revealed over the weekend. Nine new actors will make-up the cast while five familiar faces will return to the drama.
Rapulana Seiphemo is set to return as Tau Mogale.
Manaka Ranaka is set to appear as Lucy. Ranaka boasts an impressive acting CV having appeared in Gazlam, Isidingo, Stokvel and Zabalaza.
Letoya Makhene who was recently on Isidingo has now joined Generations as Tshidi.
Connie Ferguson will reprise her role as Karabo Moroka.
Denise Zimba of Vuzu Entertainment is back as Mary.
Ronnie Nyakale who played Cosmo will resume his role as the soapie’s trouble maker.
Thulisile Phongolo of Tshisa fame will play Namhla.
Musa Ngema has appeared in Rhythm City and 7de Laan. His new Generations character name is Mazwi.
Andisiwe Dweba plays the role of Cosmo Diale’s sister, Getty.
Ivy Nkutha has acted in Abo Mzala and City Ses’la. She will take up the role of Gog Flo.
Newcomer Moopi Moothibeli makes his onscreen debut as Smanga
Vuyo Dabula gets his first major role as Gadaffi. He has had cameo appearances in Yizo Yizo and Isidingo.
