An exciting opportunity exists within Adapt IT, for an energetic B-Com Marketing or BA Communications graduate looking to intern with a view to build a career within the Adapt IT Marketing fold. This positions is based in Johannesburg.
This role reports to the Group Marketing Executive and therefore the successful candidate will gain extensive knowledge and experience in the day-to-day activities, administration and project management within marketing. The successful candidate will be an organised self-starter with an interest in B2B Marketing, branding, social media, brand connectivity/events and all other aspects of integrated marketing.

Role Requirements
- Understand marketing requirements and contributing creative ideas, new trends and market insights
- Providing administrative support to the Group Marketing Executive and marketing team
- Coordinate diaries, internal meetings, small events with guidance from the Marketing Executive
- Assisting and participating in corporate social responsibility activities
- Conducting internal market research exercises utilising search engines, industry reports etc.
- Completing reports, presentations and financial admin
- Documenting marketing calendars, guidelines and processes Stock management of promotional items and management of the corporate gift catalogue
- Ordering company-wide business cards
- Managing team deliveries and couriers
- Coordinating smaller marketing projects as the candidate develops
Requirements
- BCom Marketing or BA Communications degree
- Previous experience in marketing, events, promotions would be advantageous Desired skills, Experience and Qualities
