Ithemba Bridging Programme 2015

The Ithemba Bridging Programme is a development initiative funded by Fasset (the Finance and Accounting Services SETA) and managed by Future Creation. Training starts in March 2015 and lasts 6 months and learners will receive a basic allowance for attendance. On completion of the training learners are assisted where possible with finding employment.

Requirements

  • Learners with a completed commerce degree or diploma to undergo further training to enhance their skills with the focus on becoming employed
  • The daily training will include a skills programme developed from the NQF4 Generic Management qualification, SAP ERP, Pastel Partner, MS Excel / Word and Work Readiness modules

Tshepong Bridging Programme 2015

The Tshepong Bridging Programme is a development initiative funded by Fasset (the Finance and Accounting Services SETA) and managed by Future Creation. Training starts in March 2015 and lasts 6 months and learners will receive a basic allowance for attendance. On completion of the training learners are assisted where possible with finding employment.

Requirements

  • Learners with a completed commerce degree or diploma resident in the Free State
  • The daily training will include a skills programme developed from the NQF4 Generic Management qualification, SAP ERP, Pastel Partner, MS Excel / Word and Work Readiness modules

Khanyisa Bridging Programme 2015

Develop your potential through this innovative Accounting Learnership! The Khanyisa Programme is a new initiative funded by Fasset (the Finance and Accounting Services SETA). Khanyisa includes theoretical training towards the NQF6 ICB Financial Accountant and the training will take place from February 2015 to November 2015.  The workplace component will take place from December 2015 to December 2016

Requirements

  • Learners with a completed Grade 12 qualification with Maths and Accounting and a pass rate in English.
